Eric Bolling Hits’em Where It Hurts: You won’t Believe What He’s Asking For!
Good ol’ Eric Bolling has filed a $50 mil defamation lawsuit in opposition the accusation of sending lewd text messages to his colleagues at work.
He has been suspended from his position at Fox News for his unsolicited pictures based on several accounts in a span of multiple years.
The court claims:
“The nature of this action is for damages and injunctive relief based on defamation arising from the defendant’s efforts to injure the plaintiff’s reputation through the intentional and/or highly reckless publication of actionable false and misleading statements about the plaintiff’s conduct and character.”

A report came out from the Huffington Post alleging that Fox News anchor Eric Bolling was sending inappropriate pictures of himself to female Fox employees. We all know what “inappropriate” means.
Bolling has maintained his innocence and tweeted that he would clear his name.

Fox News host Eric Bolling is suing Huffington Post reporter Yashar Ali for defamation after he was was suspended last week following a report that he sent lewd photos of male genitalia to his female co-workers.
Bolling is seeking $50 million from Ali for a myraid of damages including, “reputable, monetary, special, and punitive.” Bolling is also seeking relief for “costs and fees,” according to a copy of the summons tweeted by CNN reporter Tom Kludt.
Bolling is a smart guy. It costs a lot of money to file lawsuits and pay lawyer fees. You gotta imagine he’s pretty confident he will be exonerated.
